By using GCalSync, a service of BORN WEST INC. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use our service.

These Terms explain our obligations as a service provider and your obligations as a user.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 16 years old to use GCalSync. You are responsible for keeping your Google account credentials secure. We are not responsible for losses if you share your login or allow others access.

3. Use of Service

• Not use our service for abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, or interfering with our systems or others' use

4. Payment, Subscriptions, and Refunds

8. Third-Party Services

GCalSync relies on services provided by Google (for authentication and calendar sync), Firebase (for data storage), and others. We are not responsible for the practices or reliability of third-party services.

9. Termination

You can stop using GCalSync at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, or for any other reason at our discretion.

On termination, your rights to use GCalSync end immediately.

10. Disclaimers

We strive to provide a reliable and useful service, but:

• GCalSync is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee GCalSync will be always available, error-free, secure, or suitable for your specific needs.
• You use GCalSync at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BORN WEST INC. and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill.

If we are found liable, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the past 12 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BORN WEST INC., our officers, employees, and affiliates, from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of GCalSync or your violation of these Terms.

13. Resolving Disputes
